Club Director

SUMMARY A Club Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Jackson County directs and manages the overall daily operations of the Club site with primary responsibility for program administration, staff supervision, facilities management, community relations, membership development, and measurable program outcomes. This position places a strong emphasis on advancing youth development and workforce readiness, building meaningful community partnerships, and creating impactful events and experiences that
