My name is Brooke Lowden.  I am a mortgage banker with Pinnacle Bank.  I cover Commerce, East Athens and West Athens.  I have been with Pinnacle since August of 2022.  I love helping borrowers with their financing and seeing their face when they get the keys to their new home.  It is especially rewarding for first-time homebuyers.  

My husband and I have been blessed to live in Jackson County for almost 30 years. Our three adult children chose to live, work and raise their children in Jackson County as well. I have not been lucky enough to work in our county until recently. As the new Sales and Marketing Director, I bring 23 years of experience in senior care to the wonderful Jackson Oaks Senior living (formerly Bentley).

Chelian Farm is a llama and alpaca farm.  We have hosted the Jackson County 4-H Love of Llamas youth program, since 2007.  We have hosted the Chelian Farm Friends and Family program, since 2020.
We provided educational opportunities and programs geared towards health management, herd management, training, grooming, fiber harvesting, fiber crafts, showing and much more.  It's a great opportunity to allow folks to interact with exotic livestock without the overhead expense of having a farm, barn and animals.
We host several farm fundraisers annually to support the JC 4-H Love of Llamas program.

From my earliest memories, I felt a deep connection to the art of interior design. I knew it was more than just a talent; it was a God-given gift that urged me to use this skill for a purpose greater than myself. Throughout my schooling and career, I was most intrigued by the health and wellbeing benefits that interior design offers. This is exactly the life-changing work I enjoy the most. My passion and goal is to make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of others, one home at a time!

Originally from Florida, I have proudly been able to call Jackson County, Georgia home for the past 5 years. I love this community and enjoy getting involved however I can whenever there is a need. I am a wife and mother of two.

Beyond law, my love for style, makeup, and skincare shines. I'm also known for my event hair and makeup expertise, often glamming up bridal parties and prom-goers in my spare time. I'm creative in the kitchen, delighting my large family with scrumptious meals and treats.

Outdoors, I cherish quality time with my kids, and as a coach, I guide young athletes in cross country and track. Balancing work, family, and personal passions with humor and determination is my forte!

My name is Amy Carter. I am a retired Executive from a Fortune 500 company. Since then, I have held other positions, such as Christian counselor, Operations Manager for a mid-size insurance company, and Real Estate Professional. I own a small real estate company and enjoy seeing the smiles on my client's faces at the closing table. I also enjoy politics. I am a devout Christian and not ashamed of my faith or of speaking about it when it is appropriate.  

I have been married 36 years, with 2 children who have given us  four beautiful grandchildren and have two dogs.

Charmaine Augustin attributes her passion for people and warm and easy-going nature as well as her leadership trajectory to growing up as a middle child in a large family of seven siblings. She is currently on a break from pursuing her Doctoral degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and holds a master’s degree in the same discipline. She is the mother of three amazing sons; Sam an honors graduate at NYU Tisch (who can be seen on the newest national McDonald’s QPC Commercial and Big Shot Season 2 on Disney Plus), Jacob a recent graduate at NYU Tisch, and Nathaniel is a rising Sophomore at Pace University on a Presidential Merit Scholarship! She has been married to her husband for 26 years. She is a member of Toastmasters International, Gwinnett County Literacy Advisory Council, and Board Member of the Braselton Friends of the Library and a Certified Diversity Executive. She is a Vice President Branch Manager, a career she has enjoyed for over 30 years.
