The Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce may at its own discretion cancel the golf tournament early due to weather conditions, acts of nature or other events that disrupt the event, for the safety of its members, guests or employees. The chamber relies on and follows the instruction of Traditions Golf and Country Club staff regarding when to cancel the tournament. The chamber has the right to change amenities, menus and services at any given moment without notice.
Postponement or cancellation of events due to weather conditions are beyond the control of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. No refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by the Jackson Chamber of Commerce or Traditions Golf and Country Club. Customers assume all weather risks as there will be no refunds for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of nature, or other events that disrupt play. Due to player reservation costs, food costs for the tournament and overall tournament expenses, all sponsorships, teams and services purchased through the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce should be considered as "rain or shine" final purchases and  no refunds will be given.
