At Touch Grass Training, we believe that exercise should be fun, engaging, and safe. We believe in the power of eating real, whole, nutritious foods instead of highly processed meals. We believe that human beings are able to function at their highest potential when they get regular exposure to sunlight and fresh air as opposed to living their lives glued to a chair, basking in artificial light while breathing recycled air. We also realize that physical and mental health are largely interconnected with each other, and have found that taking the time to invest in your physical health often does wonders for your mental health as well.
With over a decade of coaching experience ranging from clinical weight management and physical rehabilitation, all the way to sports and tactical performance enhancement training, we got you covered regardless of your needs. We specialize in offering personally tailored fitness programs specific to the goals of each individual to ensure results efficiently, effectively, and injury-free.
