Owner & Professional Chef, Keith Mosser, has over 26 years experience in the food-service industry. Chef Keith has lived in 13 European countries where he studied culinary arts and trained under some of the most well-known chefs in the industry. His experience is evident in the wide variety of foods he has to offer. We look forward to serving you.
