Frank Fennell is the President and CEO of Klosebuy Inc., an AI-enabled technology platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses attract, engage, and retain customers through loyalty, digital marketing, and customer insights. He started his entrepreneurial journey by founding his first company in the early 1990s and later focused on making advanced marketing and loyalty tools accessible and affordable for local businesses, helping them compete more effectively in a digital world. Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University and brings decades of leadership experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships. His work centers on empowering underserved and community-centric businesses with simple yet powerful technology that drives growth and strengthens local economies.

I am a senior executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience operating at the intersection of loyalty, customer engagement, payments, and small business growth. My career has focused on advising financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers translate customer strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

My expertise spans banking, card networks, merchant acquiring, fintech, and SaaS platforms, with leadership and advisory roles across North America and international markets. I have held senior positions with organizations including TD Bank, American Express, Scotiabank, Wells Fargo, CIBC FirstCaribbean, Caribbean Airlines, GraceKennedy, and NCB Bank Jamaica, where I led initiatives in loyalty economics, portfolio growth, and customer value management.
