Lane West Hair Co. is hiring a Co-Hairstylist/Assistant or Senior Hairstylist / Cosmetologist at Malibu MedSpa.

Duties:
- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, hair coloring, makeup application, hair extensions, bridal hair, and makeup.
- Professional and friendly customer service.
- Actively engage in upselling salon services and retail products to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Ability to work in a mentoring and guidance role with junior cosmetologists and assistants.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge & experience in various beauty services (makeup application, hair styling and extensions)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell salon services and retail products.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a clean work area.
Note: A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
